Alternative Legal Services Professional Corporation was formed in 2008 as a result of a change in Legislation which brought about the regulation of Paralegal Services in Ontario.

The founder of the Corporation is Carole Sayers, a highly accredited Licensed Paralegal, who graduated among the first ever, group of Licensed Paralegals in Ontario.

Carole is a former Law Clerk who has worked in the Legal field for almost 15 years.  She is also a former Law instructor, who taught over 25 Law Courses to College Paralegal Students. 

Now Carole dedicates her life to assisting those in need, who may not have the resources to hire a lawyer, but need legal representation at an affordable cost.

Services include everything from representation in Traffic, Small Claims Court or Ontario Court of Justice, Criminal Court matters, as well as document preparation and process serving of legal documents.
